Terrible Customer Service

I took my car in for a fault and had asked that the tyres be rotated afterwards. Upon getting the car back, the tyre light kept coming on. I approached the dealership afterwards and received very bad service and bad attitude from the service manager Nick Vassen. My tyres were perfectly fine before the dealership had touched them. I'm not looking for anything from this branch but to bring awareness to their inefficiency and terrible service.
