Received excellent service

I dropped my car at VW for a service and there was a problem with my service plan. Gerhard called my Insurers but couldn't get authorization. He then went the extra mile to provide them with information and photos of my vehicle as the insurer requested this. Gerard kept me updated every step of the way and after struggling for almost the whole day, he got it sorted. I have my car and am a very happy client. Thank you Gerhard for excellent service
