Let's see if they notice what's missing attitude

<p>I brought in my car for service on the 26th Jan, service was great and I was happy on the way home however it started raining. Trying to clear the windscreen I tried to spray windscreen cleaning fluid to my surprise it just gave me a short burst and then nothing. It wasnt a big deal as I thought the fluid was finished so later that evening I opened the bonnet to replace the liquid to my surprise my car was missing an engine block cover. I called the brunch first chance I got only to be told by the tech that it fell and melted against the exhaust. My dismay is that I was never informed of this I had to discover myself and that this is an expense I have to carry. I have only spoken to the tech. Got a few calls to rate the service I received and I voice my dissatisfaction I was promised a follow twice but nothing it's almost a month later. If damages happen to your vehicle while being service then tough cookie it's your problem </p>
