Exceptionally Poor Service - Dealer Principle

Apart from experiencing 2 mechanical failures within the first 4 days of purchasing my vehicle, I have been waiting for more than a month for my spare key....exceptionally bad service and Zero feedback from Dealer Principle...very disappointing and bad experience. Regretting the day I decided to purchase a vehicle from VW Northcliff.
