Disgusting service

I am very disgusted with the service i received from VW Fury in Northcliff. My car went for its 1st service today and i had to call them the hole day to find out what time the car will be ready and what the bill would be. Someone finally called me and said the car was ready for collection at about 03:30. I called back again because i realised that they didnt let me know when a driver will pick me up to collect my car. I was told that there is drivers available to collect me but they will call me back. After a few minutes nobody called me back so i called again and from there onwards the lady who answered kept dropping the line. i asked to speak to a manager and i could hear a gentlemans voice answering and even he dropped the call. everytime i phoned they didnt answer or would put me on hld and drop the call. Its 04:30 now and nobody has called me again I dont have transport to fetch my car Im calling people around now to help me by going to collect my car before they close. I dont have transport home. I am so frustrated and I will never send my car back there again. This is the absolute worse service and I am really utterly disgusted
