Bad services

<p>My car got towed in in Thur to VW northcliff for me key to be recoded well thats what i was told. No one called me on Fri I do understand of the power outage,, when i called them about 4pm Ray promised to call me back before he left & did not and Sat Leon promised to get back to me & failed, yet they brag hatfield was better then mac carthy .... i definitely DON'T THINK SO... had to be without a vehicle on a long weekend... would in future go to ondekers VW where I purchased my car and srvice like I did in the past and will in future,</p>
