Bad service

my vehicle went in for repairs last June/July 2014 for a warranty on the cars timing an for battery discharge<br> i have been having problems with my car up to now .the dealership has changed service managers<br> but the current manager Nick has been promising to sort my car out for the last 4 months plus to no avail.<br> we have been communicating via whatsapp all he says his waiting for a courtesy car to accommodate me but that's indefinite as to when... I AM NOW VERY FRUSTRATED AN ALSO WORRIED IF MY VEHICLE DO HAPPEN TO BREAK DOWN ON THE ROAD WHAT THEN?
