bad customer service

Good day i would like to comment on the service i received and still receiving from VW Northcliff , I'm very unsatisfied with the piece of **** they sold me that has so much problems and all they can tell me is take out a service plan or maintenance plan , i can confirm i do have that but its not my mistake that the car is broken. The car came to me like that and i have been complaining saying that the car is not up to standard, their response" VW Cant fix it " why do they have a work shop, giving me the run around. Bear in mind i dont evene have a spare key, why? because i have to go do it myself . Lets not even start with the sales person Marlon Van zyl , worst person i came across making everything my fault , because im a women and still young that i dont anything about cars.

I will not recommend some to go there . its how i feel and no -one can judge me on that
