Worst service

I took my Toyota in for a services Yesterday 01/08 and it was just really disappointing. The Maintenance person i presume forgot to switch off my car lights even though it alerts you, so when i fetched my car it didn't even want to start nor did any lights on the inside come on (the Driver from the shuttle had to start the car as my services adviser could care less). My car was washed with a dirty cloth as I drove you could see all the marks on the inside of the wet cloth and my steering wheel was sticky the outside was definitely not washed properly as I had marks everywhere. I am really disappointed as I never had such bad services ever at a Toyota. I will definitely not recommend Darrenwood to anyone I know :(
