Unfairly charged by Fury Toyota Darrenwood

I am so disappointed with Toyota Fury Darrenwood , i always took my cars for a service or any issue until they displayed an act of ****** to me. My car had some noise coming from the rear left wheel , i already suspected that there is a problem in the shaft. I took my car there to be checked and they gave me a quote of R39229.34 and asked the how we got here , only to find out some of the items were i was charged for were not going to be used on my car.

e.g i was charged for 2x SHAFT AXLE then i rejected the quote , they made me pay for R2058.5 for the quote.

I went to Toyota McCarthy in Midrand and I payed R10 443.5 for the parts excluding labour.

This is unfair , if i didn't check or went to other dealers i would have payed a lot of money almost R40 000 including the 8 hours which they claim is for labour.

This was just a great wakeup call to me , NEVER AGAIN.
