Bad serice

I have had three Toyota motor cars serviced by the above dealership in the last twenty years and never before have I had a reason to complain. However, on Thursday, 12 October 2017, I was very disappointed with the service and on reflection, actually there were also issues with the previous services in the last year. My car went in for its 150, 000 km service on Thursday. I was phoned by Gary at about 11 o'clock to tell me I needed additional repair to the vehicle, which would amount to R 13,554.32. The parts needed according to this quotation amounts to R 3730.64. It just did not make sense to me to spend so much on an old car. Randburg Auto quoted me R 6000.00 to do the same using Toyota spare parts. So it seems like a *******! In addition Gary informed me that to replace the boot lock, the lock would cost R 591,32. I also have to bring along a copy of my ID and the licence renewal slip to have the lock repaired. The last two services at this dealership was not recorded in the vehicle's book of life, even though I left it in the car. The previous service left the oil level low and the service done the previous October, the wheel caps were removed, lost and replaced with ones that do not fit properly. What has happened to the integrity and the good service that one associates with Toyota?
