Great Customer Service by Renault Toti

Good day

Please allow me to praise the great service rendered by Fury Renault Toti here in South of Durban. I went yesterday to hand in my wife's Renault Kwid ( ND149...) for exhaust pipe to be changed, they phoned through claims department on my behalf, done the paperwork and everything on my behalf.

Today I just went in for worked to be done on a car, within an hour work was completed and I was driving home. I literally done nothing except drive in with a faulty car and out of their workshop with a good running car.

Keep up the great work guys and I believe it's not only me who can stand by you and claim your great customer service.
