Car parts sales

I ordered the bottom lights in September 2025 for a Clio and ended up asking for my money to be returned to me last week in January 2026. There were no professional e-mail updates given at regular intervals about one's order to explain the reasons for the delays. Even now, I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. I just don't see any evidence that the person working in that department has any clue about what customer service is about.
