Still waiting for my refund!

<p>Sitting in the reception area of the dealer, I was not the only customer to be very unhappy with the service I have received. On that particular day there were 3 of us. I paid upfront for a part that would take 21 days to arrive, when the part finally arrived, it was the incorrect part! The correct retractable motor finally installed, I am owed a refund of over R1000,00. I was told my account would be credited the following day. Over a week now and I am still waiting. </p>
