Horrible service from Fury Mazda in Pine town, Durban

What a horrible experience buying a new car!!!! At first, they got the colour of the car wrong Next, we washed the car after only a week of taking delivery and found a crack in the back door panel. This crack was only visible after we washed the car, so clearly someone went to great length to hide it. We reported this issue to Mazda and at first they denied it (I personally spoke to the manager) and only actioned it after I said I will get my lawyers involved (imagine that).

They have since completed an investigation (after hounding them) and they said that the crack occurred when they were fitting smash and grab.

True to their lack of of customer service. The issue is STILL not resolved. I am advising anyone looking for a car there to look somewhere else. Trust, you do not want the stress.
