I had been having problems with a mazda3 since purchase, they kept denying the real problem for 2 years. And finally took it to another delearship and the problem was diagnosed, had to go back and ask them to assit with it , still denied. Car gave me problems again and i decided to take it back to them using the mazda road side since the car would not move, now they have broken my car key and are denying it and scratched my car in the process, and they say i must get it polished out at my expense nogal.
