Mazda Fury Midrand make fools of people

My husband and I bought a brand new Mazda 3 in 2020 which comes with a 3 year warranty. We had an issue of a seat belt early 2023 and we told them there is an issue with the seatbelt and we were told to bring the car for assessment which we did and they booked the car in for fixing. Later on that day they fixed the car I was called and informed that the car is ready for collection and when we got there the seatbelt was working but the issue now is the seatbelt on right side was no longer working but when it went to them in the morning it was perfectly fine. So they had fixed the seatbelt on the left side but somehow tempered with the left side seatbelt which suddenly stopped working. We called them and they said they will fix the issue and we must bring the car again for assessment, which we did and at this point our warranty was left with a few months to expire.

We were told they have ordered the part required and they will let us know once it arrives and we were assured that if the part hasn’t arrived by the time the warranty expires they would still cover it since the claim was made before the warranty expired.

It has been almost a year now and we are still waiting, no communication whatsoever and my kids have been sitting at the back with a malfunctioning seatbelt and this poses danger to my kids as we do not have any other alternative car and they need to be strapped in their car seats.

Kindly assist, we are desperate at the moment and we feel they do not care just because we are no longer under warranty.

Kind regards, The Sambos.

Additionally, we also reported to them that the folding mirrors are no longer working but they just went quiet since we reported the issue. It seems there is a certain criteria of people that Mazda takes serious and we are just not one pf those
