Mazda doesn't honor its service plan.

My son was at university with my 2 year old Mazda 2, with a 14 000km odo reading. I made an appointment for the 2 year/30 000km service for when he came home on holiday. Mazda is refusing to cover the cost of the service, even though the car has a service plan, because apparently the service is 4 months late! I will never ever buy another Mazda! Stay the hell away from Mazda!!!
