My Cousin's bought Mazda last July if im not mistaken December last year the car Locked everything till today there's no clarity what happening with the car what is more frustrating he is paying the car every month . He us under duress as he bought the car to move from A to B, now he is held accountable for mechanical issues on the vehicle. I will appreciate if he can get clarity on the whole thing he got the right to get feedback. Worse part of it the courtesy car was taken away. We buy cars foe making our lives easy only to find out as the consumer when there's with the vehicle the same dealer that gave you attention they don't even show interest neither coming on board with a detailed information what is the exact problem. Have anyone previously emphasize this kind of problem how did you get assistance ?
