Disgusting service, lousy product.

Once again my 2019 Mazda 2 has proven to be my worst buy. Water comes into the right hand side of the car when it rains. The last time the car would randomly refuse to start on different occasions. What for me makes Madza the worst brand I've ever bought is the customer service. Once again when I took the car in an explained the water issue the consultant asked if I've been an accident to which I rep**** no. Then he asked if I've replaced my windscreen and I said then he proceeded to tell me I must take my car to my insurer who replaced the windscreen,without looking or even running test on the car this is what he concluded. He couldn't give me a sla as to how long the car may take to fix he just said it may take more than the 3 days I offered. He didn't offer a courtesy car or to take me home. I'm disgusted and absolutely regret purchasing this car.

And the above is not even the half of it.
