Disgusting service and customer service

The worse customer service in the History of this company. Feels like One is dealing with a government organization. Disgusted in the service received from this place. Vehicle booked in to run diagnostic testing. Took them the whole day to complete, tried contacting them can never get through "ALWAYS BUSY". They instead sent me a message saying my FUEL pump is gone and will need to be stripped. No price was given, No advising how long it will take nothing. Calling them is the worse thing ever you just get put from this end to that end to another end and no one else can assist you in your query, you get put on hold tried to get put through to "MANAGER" Deon, no were to be found. Tried TRAVIS, No were to be found, Eventually got hold of Loraine, she turns and says they now think its the fuel pump but will need to strip to check. Customer Communication skills from here is pathetic, never experienced this when we 1st bought a Chevrolet from here. Will never ever put my foot back here to deal with a circus again in all honesty. I will be taking my vehicle to Durban for better quality service and customer service.
