Poor service - very disappointing
We have had a recurring complaint with our Opel which is still under warranty. The first time the car was taken in, the source of the noise could not be found and it was returned speedily. The second time, the caliper pins were replaced under warranty after the car had been at the dealer for over a week. The noise persisted and the vehicle was taken in to Fury again at the beginning of December 2015. It was discovered that the caliper brackets needed to be replaced and that this would also be done under warranty. The vehicle has now been with Fury for 6 weeks. The service department alleged this is due to incorrect parts being sent etc. However, from our point of view this is very disappointing service. Even excluding the festive season, the vehicle has been there for 4 weeks and the parts still have not been located. We have not been offered a courtesy car and our calls have been repeatedly met with avoidance and excuses.

We would not recommend this dealer - unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste.

We hope to get the car back by Friday 15/1 - but this is by no means certain.
