No Registration docs, no response and poor service

I bought a car for my mom on the 10th December cash at Fury Hyde park GM. They advised that main keys, car registration plate and certificate of reg/ownership will follow. Today is the 2nd February and I don't have any of these. They say they only got copies of reg doc which are useless to me. <br> For the second time I had to drag them to give me temp registration as they are valid for 3 weeks. All the times I had to drive to Limpopo to give my mom reg doc spending approx. R1000 for the trip. <br> Now they tell me I have to go to traffic department to get the doc, what did I pay registration money for then? <br> My mom is in Limpopo and the car is in her name, where do I get money to cover the trip worth R1000 for something I already paid for. <br> <br> For the past two months I received poor service from this Fury GM Hyde park. I will never buy anything from them again. <br> If there is nothing they can do to give me original reg doc, they will have to refund me the money I paid them for registrations as they cannot complete the job. <br>
