Fury Hyde Park GM bad service and sell unroadworthy cars

<p>I bought a car ( Opel Cosra eco flex 1.0 2015) at Fury Hyde Park on the 29 of November 2016. All excited since this is my first car. Followed all the rules, checked the AAA certificate and all, the car was under 24000 km so fairly new. The car dealer also made mention that if I experience issues with the car I can return it there is a 90 days grace period.</p> <p>Went home for the festive and dad notice that there was an oil leakage. where I rent is car port so I could only notice the oil leakage when I got home 2 weeks after purchase. I called the dealership and they book for it to be checked at Potch GM Vaal. I tokk the car on the 28 of Decmber for a gasket replacement. As the technicians were working on the car they found other issues with it . A month later the car was still at the garage being fixed , the technician later find out that engin was replaced when the car was 17 000 km and that there is a mal****ion with the car this information was omitted from me when I was in he process of buying the car. I request that they replace the car with one equivalent to the one they sold me since the sale was frudulent and failed to provide with the car history. I asked the bank to intervene since I am financed and the bank could only act as mediators and the delaership pricincipal was rude and showed no remorse to my situation and made decision that the car will not be replaced but repaired. All this time I am paying for a car and insurance that I am not driving. Today after so many months the garage called that they have fixed the car , but have to clear it with the police first. It turns out that the car has been tempted with and the police are investigating and they are not satisfied with information they have to clear the car. I dont want the car anymore and I should not be held liable for the interst and cost of the car since I am a victim in all this. The car has a mul****ion of some sort 3 engine replaced in a space of a year! </p>
