Total lack of professionalism

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I simply cannot understand why they advertise a vehicle that is not in their showroom. I came to view the vehicle only to be told there was a minor scuff on the bumper that needed to be repaired. I have literally been running after them to get answers. I also found that they charge the most ridiculous exorbitant on the road fees, almost double every other dealer i have spoken to. When i mentioned this, Burger from the dealership said he would deduct R5000 from the R12000 on the road fees. I still find this exorbitant. In the meantime i am still "begging" to see the vehicle. Clearly the customer is not king at this dealership........
