Great aftersales service - went above and beyond!!!

I own a Haval H2 and love my car to bits. I bought it at a great price at Fury Haval (in Sandton, before they moved to Woodmead). A couple of weeks ago my battery went flat for no apparent reason so we recharged it and thought perhaps I hadn't used it enough during lockdown but it happened again yesterday. Before contacting my insurance to tow it I called Warrick the Dealer Principal and explained what happened. He said he will send a member of staff with a courtesy car for me and use and he'll use a booster pack to get mine started and into the workshop. I felt like he was helping too much - I did not expect that at all, I'm not used to good aftersales service in South Africa, or customer service in general for that matter. Dane came and did the paperwork and was very professional. The loan car is clean and well taken care of. I understand that customers can be demanding and courtesy cars are not readily available but he made a plan and I am extremely grateful. I have never had a bad experience in this dealership and highly recommend them and the brand!
