We ordered a product online with full upfront payment. After 4 weeks with no delivery we canceled the order and requested a refund. They agreed but did not refund. Instead continue with the delivery about 2 weeks later. We then on our own cost returned the goods BUT still await to be refunded - 5 weeks later. They just never available.
