Incorrect goods supp**** and bad service

<p>I ordered a speaker speaker system online on 31 January. They were very quick to respond to my order, sending me an invoice and asking for payment before delivery. Whenever I asked for a delivery it would take forever to respond. Eventually they told me the goods had not arrived on the shipment but they could offer me a better speaker than the one I ordered. I asked them for the specs which they sent after a couple of days again. After I complained about the bad service and response and threatened to report them on Hellopeter they sent me the speaker on 27 February - the wrong one. I let them know that it wasn't the one I ordered and they must collect it and supply the correct one. To date I have had no response from them.</p>
