I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Fourways regarding a warranty issue on my vehicle. My vehicle is still under 6 months old, and I noticed that the driver-side door rubber seal has already torn and is showing excessive wear and tear. I booked the vehicle in at the dealership, where I was initially informed that the part would be ordered and processed as a warranty claim. After waiting for a week, I followed up with the dealership, only to be told a completely different story — that the rubber seal is not covered under warranty because they claim I intentionally damaged it. I find this accusation unacceptable and unfair, especially considering the vehicle is practically new. There was no inspection feedback or evidence provided to support such a claim. It feels as though the dealership changed their position after initially agreeing that it qualified for warranty replacement. As a customer, I expected better service, professionalism, and accountability from Suzuki Fourways. I would appreciate intervention from Suzuki South Africa to properly assess this matter and honor the warranty accordingly.
