Furry Kidz Doggy Daycare DISASTER

My dogs loved daycare. It’s the owner I have a problem with. My dogs contracted kennel cough at daycare, not only did the owner claim that they ‘ could have gotten it from across the street because it’s airborne’ ( my vet rolled her eyes at this) but she also called me screaming at the top of her lungs when I called her out for not informing owners of the outbreak. Her behaviour is not befitting, not only of a pet caregiver but also of a normal human being. Their invoicing system is pathetic and they cannot keep track of anything. Worst experience ever.
