Happiness with customer service

We went to Furnworld to buy a new leather lounge suite for our home and we bought a beautiful one at a very good price. Whilst we were chatting to Armand and his very friendly staff, we mentioned that we had a corner suite at home that we had bought 15 years ago. When they delivered the new suite they took the old corner suite to the factory and fixed the problems to make it like new. The repair would have cost us a couple of thousand rand and Armand let us know that it was free of charge. Very unusual for this day and age. - Superb. Will definitely be doing business with them again and recommending them to all our friends.
