We bought a leather lounge suite from Furnworld about 16 years ago, and they were friendly and professional . Today we took our cushions back for re- stuffing after receiving a very reasonable quote from them. After handing them in, Armand told us that they would complete the work free of charge and that they would spruce up the leather as well.
