Great service after 11 years

I bought a leather launch suite from Furnworld in 2007. This year one panel of leather tore. I contacted Furnworld and ask if they will repair it as the suite has a lifetime warranty. They came back to me and said that the warranty is actually only on the built and that there is only a two year warranty on the leather, but they will still send someone to give a quote. A few days later they the owner, Armand du Preez, phoned me and said that they will help me and he sent a vehicle to collect the couch. with in tree days my couch was back an they replaced all the leather on both seats. the also puffed it up and treated the old leather.

That is what I call service. I can highly comment this shop for quality, service and friendliness.
