Great after sales servicce

We bought Defy Tumble dryer about 18 months ago and recently , when in use, it made a vibrating sound. We reported it to Mandy on Saturday 16 May who promptly assisted and promised to have someone see to it at our residential address by Wednesday 20 May. We were surprised that, today 19 May, the repair guys came and fixed the problem. Thanks Mandy!
