Good service with a smile.

Best service ever!! I bought leather couches from Fernworld in Uitenhage eight years ago. Last week I took two of the cushions back and they refilled them for me... free of charge and with a smile. I live in George now and was in Uitenhage only for the afternoon. The friendly staff went out of their way to take the cushions to their factory and still return them to me the same afternoon.
