I bought 2 x Shamwari leather two-seater couches from Furnworld International from their main branch in South Africa back in July 2015. I actually drove the 300km, and after seeing their impressive showroom and quality leather furniture, I knew I was buying an investment which would last me a lifetime. I was really impressed with the level of personal attention I received from especially Mr Armand du Preez. He recommended and guided me with my purchase of the two leather couches. Fast forward two years ....... Due to my stupidity, I had a battery acid spill on one of the leather cushions. You can imagine how I felt. I contacted Furnworld about a month after the incident, and made the trip and handed the cushion in for repairs on the Friday. Later that afternoon I was contacted and told that my cushion was ready for collection. Armand explained that the leather had been replaced, and also explained how to handle a similar situation...... should something similar happen again. "What's the cost of my repair?" I asked. "Nothing," he said, "I like a happy client" was his answer!! I am very very impressed with the level of after sales service I received, even after two years.
