10 out of 10 for FURNWORLD, UITENHAGE

My family and I were at your store in Uitenhage (all the way from Somerset West) on Friday to buy a leather sling bag as my current bag had loosened on the side and the zipper slipped off. Without having the bag with me as proof (I attach photos) and without asking or expecting it, you replaced it with a new one. Unbelievable !!!!! And after I already bought one that I "LOVE" as my 16year old would put it. I will proudly use my bag with your name on it in Somerset West! Your friendly and warm service has stood out at by far in a place I stamp now as "the unfriendly city" because the service elsewhere was terrible. Thank you, our visit to your store was special and one of our highlights !!
