Terrible Service

The service and support from this company is absolutely horrible. We first ordered a couch which only arrived about a month late. Then after about 2 months of using the couch it sunk in so badly we couldn't use it anymore. We then waited another few months just to get a hold of someone to help us. Who arranged for a new couch to be sent. Now yet again ...still waiting two weeks after promise delivery date and it has not been shipped yet. Do not waste your time with this company, poor service and poor quality products.
