POOR COMMUNICATION POOR SERVICE POOR TURNAROUND TIMES

I orderd a Tv stand online. after calling fanyana everyday after full payment was made i was waiting 12 days for a delivery. Apparently fanyana sold me something that was not available in store. This was escalated to solly whom like Fanyana delivered poor service never called back to update me i was the one running after them. I requested a refund which i was told to wait another 5 days. Very poor service no emphaty, unacceptable turnaround time im ****ed
