Horrible service!!!!

I have never received such a horrible service ever in my entire life. I bought a set of couches and a coffee table .They did deliver the couches which has damages underneath and my coffee table was not delivered so I have been trying to get ahold of them since 10h00am today until not 4h15 pm till now. No luck .I have waisted my time and the day on them .I will never buy anything from them and their service is very poor .
