Furnituremart bed delivery

I ordered a bed from this shop and the delivery came with a wrong item while I've already paid. The sales man told the correct bed will be delivered today. Mind you I slept on the floor last night. When I call them now they are telling trucks are not available and they are doing stock taking. They will only deliver Saturday. So now I must sleep on the floor again for the next 2days in this cold and there's covid. I am very frustrated and very disappointed ?
