False Advertising and poor service from SOLLY (the Manager.)

I saw a Comdon town wooden queen bed online, I was then allocated to Fanyana (Sales Rep) who was assisting me on WhatsApp. I asked him to send me the pictures of the actual bed in the warehouse before I make my purchase. What he sent me vs what is on their website are 2 different beds, the make is not the same. I then suggested that I will come to their showroom the following day. I went and we confirmed with Fanyana that the make of the bed is not the same. he said he was gonna call me with Manager on Monday.

I had to send few messages before him and Solly can call me. Solly told me that he would go and double check and get back to me (so unprofessional I think, because if a sales rep reported a customer query to him as a supervisor or manager, he should have went and check before calling me). Even today he never returned my call. Fanyana keeps on making silly excuses that he's gonna speak to another manager. oh no, the other manager is not in today... like really? that's not how you deal with customers. customers should not be chasing you for your product.
