Bad after sales experience

I purchased a Hadley wall unit on Sat 10 Oct, I noticed that the package is openned to show you items included not to check damage and defects, I attempted to assemble my unit the following Sat and realised that the front facing panel has a code across with a chip and the y ***** that holds bottom panel has a major defect as its bent with no thread, after numerous calls & sending emails I have still not received any feedback, I will not purchase any products from this company and will not advise anyone else to either, being a first time customer it has left me with a bad experience
