Furniture Masters Disaster

I bought a KIC fridge from this shop at EMpangeni and two weeks later it was not working; it took the owner a whole month to send someone to check the fridge and it was found that it had factory fault the owner said we must be the ones consulting KIC because it's not his fault; hello we bought a fridge from his shop and he's very rude.
