Useless. Do not use Furniture Mart even as a last resort.

They do not make them more useless than these guys. When I Laybyed my items in June, I advised the sales rep Bafana that we are moving into our place on 1 Sept 2021 and would have paid for the items before then. He advised that we just need to inform them a week in advance for them to gather our items after making payment. On 20 August 2021 I had settled the full balance and paid for delivery, my wife confirmed delivery for 1 Sept 2021 yet again. Cometh the hour, Bafana advises he cannot deliver on 1 Sept and provides useless excuses and lies to that effect. My family and I slept on the floor waiting for our items. He confirms that delivery will be done on 2 Sept and things got very interesting again. More lies, more delays and more lies. Eventually after having to almost literally fight the store, my items are delivered LATE IN THE AFTERNOON and a long time after my appointment but they do not deliver all my items. The delivery is missing one very large item. I am not even sure how they missed and entire queen bed set.

Needless to say, Furniture Mart Boksburg, Bafana and whoever he reports to are an absolute disgrace where service is concerned. I would advise people to stay far away from that shop. No accountability and lies. I am yet to receive my missing item and i look forward to more lies and stories and delays because truly theres no hope for Furniture Mart. Useless is an understatement.
