Useless and *********** staff

If I could I would rate it zero star. FurnitureMart Boksburg is ****en ***********, I went for a refund on the 5th of October I sent my proof of count and I'd copy to them. 14 days later I call to find out why I still have not received my money Ellias tells me whoever I spoke to never submitted my documents to finance department. I'm not ****en waiting for another 14 days I want my God dam money as in today your staff I useless.. Had I not called I would have waited forever none ones doing nothing to follow up nxa... I'm ****ed for real
