THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!

This is truly the worst customer service we have ever experienced!!! We've ordered a couch set from furniture mart BOKSBURG in November 2021. The sales person explained that it takes two weeks for the couch to be made... Meaning that we'll receive it the second week in December... I understand that December is peak time and Christmas holidays so did not think that we'll have the couch by then. This being said, I thought that we'd have the couch by latest the second week in January. To my surprise when I contacted the store in December, the couch was not yet ordered from the suppliers, same thing in the beginning of Jan. Second week of Jan I had to contact the store again as no one gets back to me... The couch was ordered they said... They'll push the order with the suppliers and get back to me.... It is now end of Feb and I still have not heard anything... Decided to visit the store yesterday... JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE COUCH WAS STILL NOT ORDERED!!!!!!!!

THIS IS PATHETIC!!!! 2 WEEKS GOING ON 3 MONTHS!!!!!

I WILL NEVER SUPPORT FURNITURE MART AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE!!!!!
