Refusal to give me my free order items as advertised at a price of R0.00

I ordered free Matress and pillows as advertised online for R0. 00, now Solly is informing me that they will not be able to give me the items I ordered successfully online. He says it was not a mistake, so I am confused why can't they give me my order that was successfully placed and completed online.
