Refund not done after 14days

We have returned 2 products as 1 was damaged and the other was not suitable. Marshall from furniture mart confirmed that the refund is in order and it should take 7-14days. 14days has passed and no refund in our account. Also sent 3 emails to Marshall with no response. They have R50 000 of our money and their goods back!
