Refund delay

I purchased a floating TV stand on the 19th of dec 2021 and I paid extra 300 for assembly which I thought included installation.So when they called to ask when they could deliver i asked how long is it gonna take them to install that's when they informed me the price does not include installation.I called back to cancel and asked for a refund as I did not want a private person to install and damage the stand.I was informed I'll get my refund within 7 to 14 working days, to this day I have given a run around and still haven't received my refund.I even tried CGSO and they told me I will get the money on the 1st Feb.. even today my money is still not in..the frustration is killing me.
